MENTORSHIP ROLE
A mentor plays an important role in the life of a child, acting as an encourager and friend, offering wise counsel and imparting wisdom to a young man who could benefit from it. A mentor with Link commits to 5-8 hours of contact each month for a minimum of one year, but the hope is that the relationship builds and endures much beyond that.
